Adolescence. Funny. Emotional. Unpredictable. Notorious and scary for some, but it is an inevitable stage of life for our kids. Classroom teachers must be knowledgeable of the characteristics of adolescent development in order to efficiently manage and teach adolescent students. Adolescent learners are different learners, and our classrooms must adjust to fit their needs. New teachers - come to this session for practical and applicable tips and tricks for planning lessons, establishing procedures, and managing these learners well. Veteran teachers - need some fresh looks and innovative reminders for working with adolescents?
