Hello, my name is Erica Kovacevic and I am a Professional Development Consultant with Discovery Education. As a consultant, I serve as a PD Specialist on all DE services facilitating various trainings to all grade levels with Streaming PLUS, Science, Math, and Social Studies Techbooks. In addition, my role includes instructional support coaching in Digital Leader Corps Academies across the country. I thoroughly enjoy the experience of providing different types of support that encourages and promotes growth in practice.
Prior to my joining Discovery Education, I worked as a science coach and educator in Naples, Florida. My experience entails working with students that were identified as ELL, Gifted & Talented, and Special Needs in Title I schools. It was an extreme pleasure having to teach these students and use the experience to apply to my current position.
When I am not working, I really enjoy traveling, meeting new people of other cultures, attending various sporting events, hiking, snowboarding, and reading.
